Driver Position:
Summary: Provides expedited delivery of freight and/or consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform expedited transports in safe and timely manner.
Complete a daily inspection of personal vehicle before start of the day.
Driver must be courteous, patient, and professional at all times, as well as neat and clean in appearance.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the independent contractor is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. The independent contractor must regularly lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with the assistance of equipment.
Qualifications Required:
Ability to read and interpret documents, maps and or text messages regarding pick up and drop off locations.
All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have a current valid driver license, with no suspension or revocation within the last five years, along with no more than one chargeable accident or moving violation in the last three years.
Physical Demand:
· This position is mostly sedentary with periods of light physical activity. Typical positions require workers to walk or stand for long periods; lift and carry up to 100 pounds; climb stairs, bend, reach, hold, grasp, and turn objects; and operate laptop or mobile phone keyboards. Independent contractors are required the ability to speak normally and use normal or aided vision and hearing.
Warehouse Position
Summary: Follow Safety and Process Procedures to ensure the organization and distribution of Freight.
Key Responsibilities
· Processes orders by locating the specified product and moving it to the loading dock.
· Packs smaller products into larger containers for shipments to our stores or vice versa.
· Loads merchandise onto trucks for shipment to company locations.
· Ensures all work areas are clean and safe for the entire team by removing empty pallets, sweeping, cleaning up boxes and removing other debris.
Physical Qualifications
· Ability to maneuver up to 100 pounds with accommodations
· Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
· Forklift certification a Plus
